Shipping Policy

1.- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The applicable prices (VAT included) are those indicated on the website on the date of purchase. Termostock will only ship within Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla being expressly excluded.

Place of receipt of order

The order will be sent to the address chosen by the User.

If, prior notice via email to the User of the delivery date of the order, the Company is unable to make the delivery, it will try to find a safe place to leave it. If you cannot find a safe place, the order will be returned to the Termostock warehouse. Likewise, the User will be left with a note explaining where their order is and how to get it to be sent to them again.

If after 30 days since the order is available for delivery, it has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to the Company, the contract will be considered canceled and it will be resolved. As a result of the termination of the contract, all payments received, including shipping costs, will be returned to the User without any undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date the contract is considered terminated. .
